JapanThe staff was extremely kind, especially one of the receptionists who allowed me to use the shower after checkout, considering my flight time. That was beyond my expectations. I would like to thank them again. Additionally, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. I would love to stay here again if I'm in the area.

Great location in West lake area. Lovely outlook onto the lake.
Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast selection was excellent.
The gym was really good. Best in the area.
Although we didn’t swim or golf it looked great and wish we had more time to do it.
