All around, we had an amazing stay. Have to specifically commend Ms. Artemis who accommodated a special request even though she was alone at check-in. Truly someone who goes above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy. Staff was great overall, very attentive and genuinely friendly - rare find in Europe. The food was excellent from presentation to taste. SPA was excellent, too. Nothing we disliked.

Then there is the food. Everything they put on the table is super tasty. For this type of pension the breakfasts are great, something special for you to try every morning. Rooms are also spotlessly clean. Pension is located in Rattendorf, just 5 minutes of driving from Nassfeld and Millenium Express cable car (for which we got free tickets at the pension). We visited during summer so we had lots of options for hiking and climbing (Nassfeld area, Weissensee, Garnitzenklamm,...). I'm sure we'll be back sooner or later.
