Due to the Finnair strike, my travel plans were severely disrupted. The owner went above and beyond to help me reschedule and minimize my losses. The location is wonderful, very close and accessible for everyone looking to visit the city's centre. The apartment is surrounded by different public transportation stops that are close by (subway, bus, tram) and filled with local gems (great supermarkets, pastry shops, cafes, and restaurants). The apartment was clean, very practical, and comfortable, with a generous balcony, and a beautiful view of the city. A special shout out to our wonderful host, Werner! We made the mistake of locking ourselves out right on the first day of the year and he made the amazing gesture of coming back into the city to help us get back in. Not only is the location wonderful, but Werner was a very polite, careful, and extremely attentive host. He is super helpful and friendly, and always available for his customers.

The family-run Der Stasta Hotel is located in a southern district of Vienna, a half-hour ride on public transport from the centre of the city. The staff is extremly helpful and friendly. The restaurant is also a great choice for lunch/dinner. The room was exactly as on the pictures, the bed was very comfortable. We absolutely recommend this hotel.
