The pool and and the spa was perfect. Breakfast was superb. The hotel has also three restaurants althpugh little bit pricy taste and quality was very good. The staff was kimd and helpful. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 2 on the second. It was very warm and the villa has a fridge, microwave and kettle. The host is very tentative and made us feel like home, even our dog was welcomed warmly. He has great taste for wine and everything in his restaurant is really delicious. The yard is very quiet and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is less than 10min from the town center.

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. Massage treatments are offered at an additional cost. This is a marvelous find. The room is good sized, comfortable, spotless and has a view of the beautiful garden. The owners are amazingly kind and welcoming people, and will try their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was super tasty and fresh, all home made. The house is walking distance from the old town, and has ample parking. The owner speaks excellent English and has wide knowledge regarding attractions and things to do, including hiking and spa locations. Do consult with him. All in all, the best value for money we had during our 4 week travel in Bulgaria so far. Highly recommended!!
