The staff was friendly. We even got a birthday gift. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was great. The location is not the fanciest, but it's right next to the train station and to a bus stop which is super comfortable. There are also restaurants and shops around.

We had a great stay at the Modern City Apartments in Interlaken! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and beautifully modern — fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, providing a detailed manual with all the instructions and tips to make our stay smoother. The location is convenient — within walking distance to downtown, about a 16-minute walk to Interlaken West train station, and close to restaurants and a Coop grocery store. The host also provided us with the city guest card, which allowed us to use public buses and travel between Interlaken West and Ost stations for free. Overall, a lovely stay and a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Interlaken!

We had a lovely stay at this 10 out of 10 chalet. Marianne and Erwin were kind and welcoming hosts who made us feel at home. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped - we had everything we needed. The location worked well for us too, with easy bus access to town (just a few minutes ride). We particularly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views - perfect for relaxing after a day out. A great base for exploring the area - we'd happily stay here again! Highly recommended!!

Amazing hotel. Our room had a huge private terrace and the views were unbelievable. I heard clanging one morning we were there and was delighted to see cows parading through the street right below us! The bus stop is literally right across the street so super convenient. Ideal location as it is super walkable to shops and restaurants but not quite in the noisier heart of it all. The staff was kind and attentive and it was a huge bonus to have laundry available in the basement. The toiletries provided in the room smelled amazing. The restaurant was top notch, we dined there our first night. To end our stay, we got a lovely Swiss chocolate bar as we checked out :)

ベルン州のインターラーケンにあるHenry's Apartments InterlakenはGrindelwald Terminalから19km以内で、無料WiFi付きのユニット、バーベキュー設備、庭、無料専用駐車場を提供しています。... I cannot express how much I am grateful to find this place! This apartment was just chef's kiss to our already amazing Switzerland experience. I would 100 percent recommend and very willing to come back again. 1. Clear check in/out instruction: Host provided a clear instruction on check in prior to our visitation. He even provided a video on how to open main doors and obtain keys. I was traveling with elder parents and it was dark and cold. Because of the clear instruction, we successfully checked in without a single issue. Check out guideline was also on the wall in the kitchen. We followed as instructed and left without any hustle 2. Very clean and tidy 3. Heater: All heaters were working and kept us warm from Interlaken's cold weather. We turned them off when we are getting out for the day and turn them back on when we come back. It warmed the room pretty quickly. And also helped drying our small laundry items super fast! 4. Location: It was less than 5 min walk from both grocery market and the train/bus stations. Host even provided us with the interlaken pass where we can ride Yellow bus and some trains within interlaken for free! So we had no proble using public transportation around to explore the city. We fell in love with the city and this place was part of the BIG reason we fell in love. I will definitely come back here again during my next trip to Switzerland!
