We reached this property little late. Google address pointing slight deviated location, but it is just behind it. The information provided by the host, worked well. Parking is in front of the property, can park even in open area near by. Very friendly host.

Waldhotel Fletschhorn Panoramic Retreat in Saas Fee tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Saas-Fee. We loved this hotel! It is definitely one of our favorites! The staff was amazing. Friendly , helpful, warm and lovely. From the moment Phillipe picked us up from the parking area we felt special! Our room was beautiful - clean and modern with everything we needed ! The balcony was lovely to sit on and look at the beautiful view! We loved walking through the woods to get to saas fe! The breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Beautifully presented. We ate a lA carte dinner one evening at the hotel and we are still talking about it! And they split all of our entrees up for us. We can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We can’t wait to come back ! Stay here when you come to saas fe!

This hotel is clearly one of the best, it’s new & modern with all the facilities you could think off, one of the nicest outdoor heated pools, they have amazing restaurants to choose from, & their breakfast was excellent as well. They’ve also got new electric bikes which are free to use during your stay ! The staff are very polite and helpful, they’ve got their own free porter service waiting for you at the train station upon arrival, and they also drop you back in their electric vehicles back to the train station during departure. I’d highly recommend this to hotel if you’re staying in zermatt.
