Situated by the lighthouse that gives it its name, the hotel overlooks the sea and is just a few strides from the southern end of Maspalomas beach. Daniela made check in a positive experience. The welcome drink is a blessing with the dehydration of travel. I had help with luggage so I could have heating / cooling system explained. I used both the pool and the gym.

Bungalows Doña Rosa are just 300 metres from Gran Canaria’s Playa del Inglés Beach and Maspalomas Sand Dunes. Set around a central outdoor pool, each bungalow offers a terrace. Location was amazing! Beautiful property.

Everything is really high quality and tasteful, with small details that make it even more enjoyable, lots of space and pretty much everything you could need during a short or long vacation. The beds are comfy, the showers huge, jacuzzi and pool open 24/7 and very cosy roof terraces for sunbathing. The staff - mega friendly and polite, not waiting to be approached for help, but noticing when you are feeling lost and offer assistance. We also had an apartment with a private terrace with lots of plants and fake grass - perfect place for breakfasts.

Great location on a quiet street only a few minutes walk from the center, comfortable room (ceiling fan was enough in summer), nice bed, good shower and clean room, nicely stocked common area, helpful staff. My room code didn't work at first, but it was quickly resolved.

Location is far from the beach so make sure you have a car or bus connection fits your plan, big supermarket 5 min walk away. I would stay there again. Bedrooms get really dark at night which is excellent fora good night sleep. Parking is on street and ok for a small car, I never had bigger problem finding one. Barbara, the host replied to all my questions in good time.
