Ruka Chalets Royal Apartments está en Rukatunturi, en la región de Northern Ostrobothnia, a 42 km de Riisitunturi National Park. No pude disfrutar de mi estancia en este maldito lugar. Llegue a la recepción a las 11 de la noche el propietario jamás se puso en contacto conmigo no me dijo las claves de la puerta para encontrar las llaves le llamé mil veces , no pude entrar me dejaron tirada en la calle en el POLO NORTE A 20 grados bajo cero y BOOKING no hizo nada para ayudarme no me reubicaron en ningún lugar quisieron cobrarme la diferencia del dinero que ya había pagado y les dio igual si yo moría esa noche de frío … el dueño del alojamiento Pésimo pero el trato y la gestión de booking muchísimo peor . Una poca vergüenza

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location is perfect, being very close to the ski slopes and easily accessible. It was spacious, and the decor was great. It had everything one might need for a stay in Ruka. All the instructions are conveniently written down, and everything was really straightforward. There is a nice kitchen with all the items one needs.
