The location is a little off the main street which was nice and relaxing. The pool is nice and well maintained. Easy access to the highway for exploring around the island.

The location is perfect in a quiet street but in the very center of Platanias, near the sea shore. The friendly host gave us great tips and arranged a taxi from and to the airport. The room was very clean and one could find everything needed there. Some extra points for the beautiful garden!

Arocaria Apartments are situated in the best location in New Chora with view to the picturesque marina and the beach. In a distance of only 800 metres from the port, and 3 minutes walk from the beach.... Thanks to the hotel staff for their kindness, help and of course for the perfect cleanliness of the room every day. And also for a beautiful room with a gorgeous view and delicious wine as a gift upon arrival. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The place where the hotel is located is the best, not far from the beaches and the center, near a quiet promenade, a huge selection of restaurants. I recommend the restaurant which is right at the bottom of the hotel. Separately, I want to note the hotel administrator, he is a very kind, pleasant person, ready to answer all questions and help. I'll be glad to come back here someday.

Probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! A lovely boutique style hotel, with a lovely family ownership, and extremely friendly staff, always service with a smile. Excellent pool and bar area, plus we had a beautiful sea view from our room, with some amazing sunsets on offer. It is easy to get to from the aiport, by taxi, or if you want to save some money, by bus to Chania, and then a bus to Stalos, plus, as an added bonus, there is a very well maintained sandy blue flag beach just across the road. Great selection of bars and restaurants nearby too, we would highly recommend Maria's and Nektar Beach. This is not your average 3 star property, its so much more than that, and really deserves a higher rating. Honestly, we just had the most amazing stay, and wished we had booked for longer. We've already discussed another trip there in a few years!
