Every single person there is super nice and welcoming, they would do anything to make you feel comfortable. There was a lady at the reception called Laura who’s extremely adorable and nice to talk with. We had an issue with the room view not being what we paid for but she arranged a quick solution for us with a smile. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, the food was good and varied everyday and the view from the restaurant was amazing.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Before even arriving to the apartment, I contacted them about our backpacks. We wanted to leave our stuff before check in, because we came early. The were fine, keeping our stuff in the reception before and after our stay. They were very polite and helpful, the rooms was clean and as shown on the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and big plus the coffee machine, the laundry machine (we didn't used them), and the AC of course! If you come by car or motorcycle you can park it outside on the road (that's what we did with the motorcycle), the area is very safe and also less than 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop towards Heraklion and Mali. Also there is a pool but we didn't used it. As we saw it looks very clean. We recommend this place if you want to stay near Malia and Hersonissos.

The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Incredible 4 night stay from our host Stavros. The apartment is located right in the middle of Old Town which is convenient and it's so nice to be near all the shops and restaurants. No cars can drive on the roads around there (which is actually nice) and we parked our rental car in a lot about a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is beautiful, it looks like the pictures, is clean and cleaned daily. Lovely breakfast is included and you have it at the restaurant below the building. It's a loft and there are many steps within the apartment and up to the apartment (2nd floor, two flights of stairs) so I wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues. Everything was wonderful and our host was especially helpful in transporting our luggage. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

The rooms feel recently refurbished, the shower is like new, lovely bedlinen and we even had a well equipped kitchenette and the place was extremely clean. Very good daily cleaning too.
