Guests are welcome to use the barbecuing facilities. We loved everything about Birikos. 100% would stay here again if we go back to Naxos. 1. The family: Maria and her family are so kind and hospitable, always ready to say hello and answer questions. We got there around 1pm and met Maria, who asked us if we wanted juice or water. She had the room ready for us early which was so nice. 2. The location & facilities: The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk to the beach down the main street. There are a few shops, restaurants, and places to rent a car. It was really easy to get around. I also loved that the hotel is set back from the street, so you don't hear any noise from the street in your room or at the pool. The pool was also great, with the lounge chairs & cabanas. 3. Breakfast: Breakfast was made fresh every day and has a selection of Greek things & typical breakfast fare. Maria's son makes you the coffee of your choice or there is filter coffee and tea. Fresh fruit everyday - truly the best breakfast I've had in a hotel. Everything was amazing, don't think twice about staying here - book it ASAP.
