Tanjung Pinang is 31 km from Cassia Bintan, part of Banyan Group, while Nagoya is 37 km away. Hang Nadim International Airport is 26 km from the property. We had a wonderful stay at Cassia Bintan with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. We loved the hotel, the access to the pools (including those of the neighbouring property), the delicious food, and above all, the kindness and warmth of the entire staff. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, with warm, crystal-clear water — truly paradise. Unfortunately, our daughter was stung by a jellyfish during one of our beach outings. It was a very painful experience that took about three days to stabilise and will take a few more weeks to fully heal. That said, I want to give special recognition to the hotel staff. As I ran carrying my daughter in pain, they immediately came running with a spray bottle of vinegar to neutralise the sting and helped remove some of the stingers. They also arranged transport to the clinic, where she received the necessary medical care. Upon our return to the hotel, they provided us with a bucket of ice and towels to take to our room and help ease the pain — which we had to apply for the next two days. Thankfully, she is now recovering well. Despite this unfortunate incident, it was still an unforgettable experience, and we are grateful for the care and support we received from everyone at the hotel.

The resort provides a free 2-way transfer from Bintan Ferry Terminal. Beautiful location and pristine beach. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay special. Excellent food and it was nice to be able to use the restaurants at the sister hotels. Great golf course next to hotel.

Among the various facilities are a private beach area, a terrace, as well as a restaurant. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

Located in Nirvana Gardens, Indra Maya Pool Villas offers luxurious and modern villas with a private entrance and private pool. The resort offers massage services and a 24-hour front desk. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. It was exceptional, a beautiful well-appointed villa in a gorgeous location. The villa was really spacious with three indoor & one outdoor bathrooms. It was extremely clean and plenty of towels were provided. The infinity pool afforded a great view over the bay and there were plenty of seating options provided. The villas sit within the wider Norway’s Gardens resort, which is actually made up of five separate properties, so we could choose to eat at any of the resort’s restaurants. The food was good, mainly what you’d expect at a resort (buffet breakfast, sandwiches & salads for lunch) but there were plenty of Indonesian options and the Spice restaurant (Indian) was delicious. We loved the over-water bar & its cocktail selection & friendly bartender. A golf buggy is provided for the villa which was really handy (it would be a lot of walking if you didn’t have it) and which my late-teenage boys loved. There was a huge range of activities if you wanted to be active - we jet-skied, played ten pin bowling, did archery and target shooting, released baby endangered Hawksbill turtles. The resort is set in lush jungle and gardens and we enjoyed views of the wildlife (monkeys, bats, squirrels & butterflies). The villas exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here again.
