The boat houses were really awesome, well thought out, convinient and had everything we needed. We had our privacy and comfort.

Set in Lignano Sabbiadoro centre a few steps from the famous Terrazza a Mare building, Hotel La Lampara is just 30 metres from its free private beach. Breakfast was awesome, accommodated our lactose free, gluten free diet. Staff always looking for ways how to help, rooms clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back.

Set in the Riviera district of Lignano Sabbiadoro, surrounded by a pine forest, the President offers a large garden with pool and the closest beach is 400 metres away. Luxury hotel, excellent breakfast, good staff with excellent English.

The Friuli is a hotel set along the shores of Grado Lagoon, and offers rooms with a balcony and free WiFi throughout. Beautiful, modern hotel, in a very good location, room overlooking the bay. Great spa area with saunas, pool overlooking the sea, and rooftop jacuzzi all make for a really relaxing stay at the hotel. Breakfast delicious, varied and not just sweet ;) Lovely, friendly staff. Acommodation is in the block so you dont hear anything from the street and altough there is high temperature outside you dont feel that . Sometimes we were surprised because you dont know which weather is outside .Some people complain about that its too dark but I like that in sunny and hot days . Air conditioning is very useful . Bed was very comfortable . Very stylish The host is very friendly and she left some surprises for us outside the door ( wine in the evening and croissants in the morning ) I recommend to check Whatsapp - I had disabled notifications and didnt know that :) and she uses mainly Whatsapp. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and salt, sugar, free coffee in the kitchen ( espresso maker and ground coffee)

Madi and Marco are lovely hosts. Alfio and Bianca, the resident dogs, were very friendly and visited all the tables at the taverna in the evening. The swimming pool was perfect on a sunny day. Breakfast was generous and sumptuous. It is very close to the amazing restaurant, La Subida. The surrounding countryside and vineyards and luscious. It's a peaceful, green part of the world.
