The room was perfect, design of the hotel and rooms is also beautiful, outdoors and pool are giving such relaxing vibes. The staff was very helpful, they gave us tons of recommendations, places to go, good restaurants etc. Overall, very very good value for money. (Ps. We explored Puglia from Ostuni to Monopoli from this hotel and all of the cities mentioned are in good reach with car)

During our two-week trip, this was by far the best stay - so cozy and relaxing that we left feeling completely recharged. Francesco and Maurizio are the kindest, most welcoming hosts. Their hospitality truly became one of the highlights of our entire journey. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also went above and beyond - sharing wonderful local recommendations, treating us to fresh vegetables and fruits from the area, and even introducing us to a fantastic cheese shop owned by their friends. We already miss this place and are certain we’ll return on our next visit to the region. Highly recommended!

The palazzo is so stylishly decorated and it's easy to see that great care has gone into it. There's even a secret door to a sweet eat in kitchen! The location is a few minutes work from the centre. The host, Dragana, met me at check in and showed me around. Before I left, she also showed me the terrace that belongs to another of the rooms. Stunning views over Ostuni! Dragana was a wonderful host and she deserves 10/10 for her beautiful Palazzo.

The bathroom is on the second level so there are stairs. There is a sink and a cooktop in the kitchen area, but there are no pots, pans, dishes to cook with. We asked for some silverware and received right away. So maybe if you ask for items, the host will bring them. There is a coffee machine and refrigerator as well. The host picked us up from the train station and let us in and showed us around the Suite which was extremely helpful. He put the TV on English and we were able to watch Netflix. There is a hot tub in the living area. We did not use, but very nice! Also, the host, helped us get around to see the sites by recommending a taxi service. Very helpful! The Suite is about 5-10 minutes to town and most of the town was not open. So go to Fasona when it is open!

The location is excellent – just 20 meters from the main pedestrian street, perfect for exploring the center of Bari. The elevator is old but well-maintained and actually quite charming – you enter from one side and exit from the other, with unusual wooden doors: one swings open, and the other slides. I had never seen anything like it before – definitely adds character to the place. The room is a decent size, nicely furnished, and well-maintained. It’s cleaned daily and restocked every day with coffee, soft drinks, water, cookies, and a little chocolate treat. The bed is wide enough and reasonably comfortable. The balcony is fully usable, with a small table and two chairs, and it overlooks an inner courtyard and a charming historic building.The view downward is what you'd expect from the center of Bari – a bit run-down and not particularly attractive – but that’s to be expected. Again, I’ll say it – the location is top-notch!
