The hosts were amazing and really friendly, gave some advice on where to go and what to do, the place was clean and there were facilities for all my needs during my stay. The 500 yen bike rent was also very useful.

From its hilltop location a 15-minute walk from Kobe Electric Railway Arima Onsen Station, it offers sweeping views of Arima Onsen. Loved everything. The service was great and the private hot spring was the highlight of the trip. The location was close enough to town with lots of things to do. They have a complimentary shuttle bus service to take you everywhere. I will definitely return if I go to Japan again.
