This was one of my best experiences at an onsen hotel in Japan during my 10+ years of travel. The staff were exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and able to communicate easily. Parking is right next to the hotel. Guests can enjoy the onsen facilities within the hotel and the nearby 長生湯, just a two-minute walk away. Both onsens are clean with 長生湯 offering a stunning view of the starry sky at night. There's also a restaurant nearby for supper which is convenient. Our room was spacious. We booked a 4-person room for just the two of us but the space is more than enough for 6 adults I would say! If I'm travelling with my family, I'm sure they would be super happy with the room. The food was delicious and satisfying, especially the house plum wine, which is a must-try! Overall speaking, excellent stay and great value for money!

The walk to the beach is very short, and there's a great co-op grocery across the road with great fresh produce and meats for home-cooked meals. The space was almost too big for our group of five, but we were very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but this would be a great location for a longer family outing with more people. We highly recommend staying here!

Shirahama Meiji Villa se encuentra en Shirahama, a 1,7 km de Playa de Shirahama y a 18 min a pie de Kishu Museum of Art. Tom is really nice man,I told him we had a lot of luggage, so he picked us up at Shirahama Station and drove us to see the sunset. The area is very quiet,room is quite big, you can also enjoy in hot springs, and it's very convenient to Shirahama's main attractions. and a ten-minute walk from the bus station.

Located an 11-minute drive from JR Shirahama Train Station, Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel offers a view of the beautiful Namariyama Bay and free WiFi at public areas. Todo, no hay nada que no me gustara del hotel.

A variety of teas and coffee provided. Good bike storage. Very handy for train to Koyasan. Good bakery opposite. Great yakitori restaurant nearby.

Check-in was supposed to be by 9 p.m., but thankfully, the owner left a note on the door so we could self-check in—such a relief! The room totally exceeded our expectations. There was a bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom—super spacious and perfect for at least two people. We had a great time and absolutely loved it!
