Thoroughly recommended, a great choice for this city.

The room was clean and comfortable while the room service was quick and the house keeping team was very polite. The receptionist team were very informative about the tours I've booked with them and it was very fun - recommend doing the small tour in the morning around 10AM. Location of the hotel is nice easy to get around to most places in 10-15min, shops, restuarants and pubstreet..etc.

Staff were extremely helpful and always gave prompt responses. They were always on the ball and went out of their way for their service. We booked all our tours/airport transfers with the reception and were satisfied with the good service with their drivers as well. We could spontaneously arrange for massages/food in the room over WhatsApp, which was really nice and convenient, especially after a tiring day out. The staff kept detailed itemised receipts for all the services charged, so we could request services spontaneously with the peace of mind that we can track and account for all the amounts before payment. I would like to thank the staff who took care of us - Hak, Phy, Panha, Thara - thank you for your effort and attention. You guys really made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Jungle in the desert - The Nature is the best place to escape from routine to a reinvigorating retreat. Certain units feature views of the garden, pool or countryside. Rooms are fitted with a private bathroom fitted with a bathtub or shower. Best food we ate in Cambodia was at The Nature. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service and the facilities were of high quality.

We are about 10mins walk to City Center, Pub Street, Night market and Old market. And around 7km from Angkor Wat temple and 50 km from Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport. Great place: everything was really excellent and people very kind. I recommend to ask for they tours: good prices and very nice. They make you feel comfortable and they always care about what you need and always smile. so lovely😍!

Conveniently located in Siem Reap, 7 Makara Street in Wat Bo Village. We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people. We set this idea in order to support our local people to have a job. We had a very good timeat this hotel, location is great within walking distance to many places like shops and restuarants nearby the hotel or a 15-20mins walk to pubstreet or centre for us. Staff were all very friendly with excellent service. They are all together very caring and always available for the guests. Great comfortable room and it was overall clean and spacious. We will come again, for sure.
