Staff very hospitable ready to help, kind and friendly. They have good facilities. There are two swimming pool, gym, gardens good for night walk, football field, kids playground, golf course, tennis court, library, beauty salon and Hammam. I spent alot of time in restaurant its good value for money all cooked fresh, clean, they serve fresh fish and sea food, if you enjoy paela is the best place the service is very good. It opens early and close late, they serve breakfast. They have amusement for games, Cafes and snack all located inside the hotel's park. WOmen can enjoy swimming pool as they have some days for women only. I really enjoy it.

This hotel is located in the centre of Oujda a 5-minute walk from the medina, 100 metres from Oujda Train Station and 12 km from Oujda Angads Airport. It's an amazing experience when I choose to stay in Jaal Riad. It's clean quite and high prestige hotel and staff very friendly and kind all of them.
