This guesthouse definitely exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal, being very close to the airport, and the self-check-in service is perfect for late arrivals. The room is exceptionally quiet—I’m quite sensitive to noise, but I slept very well throughout my stay. Everything is impeccably clean and hygienic. The large kitchen, which includes a stove and refrigerator, is also spotless. The view of the courtyard is beautiful and pleasant. The guest host Helen was extremely friendly and provided detailed check-in instructions as well as excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. She was always quick to respond to any inquiries. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

We have since 5 years apartment in Lagos, Algarve and every time we go up to the Lisboa area we try to stay at the hotel because we like the hotel so much and all that the hotel has to offer. This time we visit Sintra/Cascais and had a short stop on the way home in Lisboa. We always feel that we are welcome back at the hotel.

The food, beverages and services are simply the best. And also the decoration and story of the house, and also having the chance to meet the owner and hear the story of the family and property was a bonus! Totally reccomeded! Breakfast was perfect and the pool services too. The beach is pretty close, by 10 minutes of a pleasent walk.
