The bedroom is good size and the bed is comfortable. There is a nice TV area with satellite and apps. We found a welcome basket and got some more tasty produce during our stay. There is parking and a wide lawn surrounded by trees in front of the house.

We loved the location. In close proximity to a lot of places we wanted to visit. It's absolutely a hidden gem for exploring multiple countries around! We could park right in front of the place. There's a small shopping center right next to it. 40 footsteps maybe. With a large SPAR grocery store, a DM, and a nice café too. Extremely convenient... The place itself was love at first sight. The lovely reception with the common area, a kitchen, some fridges, and even a vending machine with very well priced soft drinks and snacks ! Not talking about the fabulous coffee machine with tasty coffee to have while having a chat with the staff... The room exceeded our expectations: 4 stars hotel quality easy. Large TV, a fridge, nice well balanced furniture and decoration. Very comfortable bed, a ton of space in the wardrobe... And a very nice bathroom too. We will surely return! Loved every minute of our stay.

This accomodation was very clean, very modern and well equipped in an area which lies close to both the Skocjan caves and Trieste / Italy. Much recommended!

Apartments B&M está a 15 km de Grutas de Škocjan y a 15 km de Estación de tren de Trieste, en Sežana. Ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado, vistas a la ciudad y wifi gratis. Muy bien todo la verdad, no hay mucho malo que decir. Muy limpio y moderno y hay de todo hasta plancha. La vitroceramica va muy rápida, que quieras o no te acelera el tiempo de comer si queremos irnos rápido a pasear.

The staff is the greatest value of the hotel. Lipica also offers a disconnection of crowds and mass tourism. We love that. And they were super gentle with my dog 🐕
