The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed and was facing the slopes, see from our photos. I stayed with my 2 kids (13&10) during the February half-term. You can book breakfast for 11 euro pp at the main building when you collect your room key. You can either eat at the resort or drive to the next village and go to 'Drevena Dedinka' restaurant. If the car park is empty still go in, the food was great and it's cheaper than in the resort. The owner is very approachable and the staff at the main building too. It's a very chilled place.

The location is perfect for peace, quiet and walks in nature, surrounded by forests, mountains and streams. We found the house very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. It also felt private, with only a couple of similar nearby properties set away from Chata Janet and screened by trees. We would love to visit again.

My husband and I stayed at Chatka for one night, upon arrival our host was there to help with everything we needed. The cabin was stunning, imaculate and clean. The interior decor was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. It is very close to the Aphrodite Spa. If we had more time we would have stayed longer, we will definitely visit again and highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in the area to book a night or more at Chatka.

Such a cute place to stay in Malá Fatra with the sweetest hostess and a great location for going hiking. Nice bed and kitchen with everything you need for a simple meal preparation. We really loved staying there and will definitely stay again if we come back to the Malá Fatra area.
