Clean common areas and room. The hotel room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable They had a pool area with a restaurant next to it that served breakfast. I had to leave early so didn't have time to eat, but i heard the other guest said that it was delicious. Not really much around the area so I took a taxi to downtown, but it's not too far from the airport which is why I stayed there. I would stay again; I highly recommend it.

At Residence Suvarnabhumi offers comfortable rooms with lift access to all floors, as well as the convenience of a restaurant and a laundry service. The restaurant food was superb and prices were excellent. The whole process of checking in to ordering courtesy bus was handled in a most efficient way.

Nos encantó! El personal es muy amable, reservamos una habitación para una noche porque al día sgte volaríamos de vuelta a casa, nos recogieron y al día siguiente nos volvieron a llevar ¡Puntuales! Y que decir del equipo? Sin palabras..ahh y por si fuera poco, recibimos un upgrade por parte del manager. El buffet de desayuno super delicioso y variado. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos 🩷 Gracias Siam Mandarina Team.

It is run efficiently and there were no long delays. The fact that the hotel is situated very close to the terminals is a huge factor. Arrived after midnight and there still were friendly staff willing and able to assist with luggage and the check in.
