The rest as i expected - great location (10-15 minutes walk to any center destinations), calm side street (quite important for Q1), easy access, full cooking set into the room (so you can make coffee/food into the room then you need it - but also cafe and street food in 20m from the facility for guys don't like this). Wifi ok, working place (in case you need it) ok too (i like you shift-mirror idea!).
