The bungalows are in such a great location. It is quiet and away from the busy street but only steps away if you want to be in the action. We easily walked to restaurants, coffee shops, spa/massage places, etc. We used the free bikes to bike to Mua Cave - if you follow google walk directions it is a little rough but a really cool bike ride. If not just follow driving directions and you stay on the roads vs dodging buffalo, chicken, goats and dogs! The breakfast offered is amazing. We had a group of 5 in 2 separate rooms. Each breakfast had 5 fruit, yogurt, toast and eggs, a Vetnamese pancake, and a drink. It was a lot of food and so good! Kept us full for hours. We used the pool at least twice each day. We traveled in Nov but it was still HOT so it was great to cool off and relax for a couple hours as a break from walking in the heat. We rented the scooters which was also a lot of fun. It was a quieter area to try them out and get comfortable before braving out into traffic. But you can also just walk or bike almost everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great. Staff is always available to help in any way. You get a welcome drink every time you come back after a day out. And they also offer a foot bath in the evenings after a long day of walking. It comes with a delicious tea. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

It is such a beautiful setting and the family were so lovely and accommodating. Our son was poorly whilst we stayed here and they were so caring and even bought him some ginger tea to help. It’s the perfect place to explore Ninh Binh with a family.

Breakfasts were delicious and made when it suited us. The location was far enough away from the main drag so that it was quiet, but also close enough to the central area to walk back and forth with ease.

Pool and lake were amazing. I have travelled a lot, and this hotel is truly special. Lovely home in the country. Excellent service and welcome. We booked three scooters from them and it was seamless. They also booked a driver to the airport at a very good rate. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Views are spectacular- so close to Bai Dinh! They made bait for my son who caught 3 fish in the lake on the property! A relaxing oasis!

Very clean and well maintained, with kind and helpful staff so clean your room every day. Ms Tra at the reception was very helpful, especially when I got sick, so she made sure I had warm food and medication. I even got lost during the night by bike and she came to pick me up. 😃
