The whole hotel crew is lovely and attentive. Unfortunately we had cold water in the shower but the manager personally took care of it and within 30 minutes the problem was solved. We were also offered another room as an alternative. The manager is very concerned about his guests. Very nice to see something like this and to feel valued as customer!

The rooms were beautiful. Clean and housekeeping comes every day. The grounds are beautiful and it’s so peaceful. The location on a hilltop makes for stunning views. The food is delicious. They cater to you as guests in every aspect. They even turn your bed down prior to you going to sleep. The staff are friendly and personable. The games drives are excellent and the drivers, Saul and Johann are very knowledgeable.
