Everything was just perfect! Hospitable lady who welcomed us and accommodated us in a bigger room than the one we booked and this was a compliment from her side. The breakfast was homemade and so tasty, the room was extremely clean and the beds comfortable (the mattresses were brand new). Quiet large room. Very friendly host Samvel met us. He cooked a great breakfast every morning. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and fruit. Samvel gave us many useful tips for continuing our journey. We stayed here for two days. Highly recommended!

LiViTi was the perfect place to stay for three days exploring Areni. The host family are gracious, humble people who went out of their way to make me feel very relaxed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and for a very reasonable price, I was able to enjoy fresh home-made cooking in the evening too. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the property is ideal - you are very close to many of the main tourist sites nearby such as Noravank, Areni-1 Cave and Selavatar. If you are without a car, you can easily reach Areni from Yerevan by bus. Gohar was in fact kind enough to book me a ticket for the return journey back to Yerevan too which was very helpful. I can definitely recommend staying at LiViTi. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay in beautiful Areni!

Very comfortable large bed with beautiful linen. Room and bathroom was new and very clean. Delicious breakfast served in a beautiful dining room with views. Warm welcome and hospitality was exceptional. The host, which was very much appreciated, also took us to a car repairer as we had a flat tyre.
