Very big comfortable room, comfortable bed, very quiet place, nice clean bathroom, big balcony, private parking lot, very good breakfast. In all it was a very good comfortable stay. If will return to Innsbruck this will be my first choice.

An amazing hotel with great staffs. The hotel is in immaculate condition. A very well maintained hotel and the room is spotless. The staffs are very attentitive and friendly. I didn't manage to get their names, but it was 2 gentleman man at the reception counter and a fine lady at the breakfast hall. Breakfast was superb with good selections for vegetarians as well. I didn't get to spend much time at the hotel. Probably will make a visit during the winter to experience the facilities and good hospitability. The staffs at the hotel make it a pleasant place for travellers to stay. The view from my room balcony was pleasant.

Incredible food, 3 course dinner each night was lovely. Hosting was excellent We had an amazing balcony which looked over the valley Christina was exceptionally helpful when our plans changed and let us move our stay even though we were outside of the cancellation period. Would absolutely go back to stay again. Thank you
