We stayed two nights at the location and it was very pleasent. The room was simple and clean. We slept well with AC and used the kitchen for cooking. It had everything we needed. The porch is cosy and we saw two Aras in the garden and plenty of other birds. We also did a two day tour with Kerley to la Sirena. It was an exceptional experience in the national park. He is a great guy and a very good gide. He is really pationate about his job and it was very nice talking wih him. We highly recommend staying and doing a tour with him. Suzanne, the host, is very nice, helpful and communicates in several languages. She sent us excellent directions by text message so we wouldn't get lost following her GPS suggestions. Her husband Channy was our tour guide, who is not only very nice but is actually a native of the jungle. He knows all about the local wildlife and tailored a tour for us that would make us maximally happy...and beyond. The accommodation is not up to my usual European standard of comfort, but no insects or lizards came into the room at night. So I would recommend to everyone that after a refreshing shower you just close your eyes and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. I feel that our trip to Costa Rica was crowned by Channy's fantastic tour!!!

We loved everything about Swell Pavones. We had a wonderful 10 days there with little kids. Great location, I loved the groove and laid back athmosphere. Great equipped shared kitchen.

We had an amazing stay in Yejos Jungle lodge. The property is well maintained and clean. Josh is an excellent host. When we arrived he prepared dinner (for a reasonable additional fee), which tasted excellent. We stayed in a cottage with garden view. The garden has many, many birds also thanks to specific trees which attract them and the bird food Josh puts in the garden. Josh took the time to explain a lot about the birds. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night, but Josh was so friendly to offer us a shower after we hiked the next day. All in all, this was our best stay in Costa Rica. Highly recommended!

Thé monkeys came right next to thé cabin. Thé owners are so welcoming and the cabin doesnt miss anything. If you are looking for a rustic place to pass nights with the jungle sounds, this is definatively the place. Very clean! You havé to bring food to cook because there is no restaurant. Thank you Again for a wonderful stay. I sincerely appreciated it. Pura vida
