Cyril was a very friendly and helpful host. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. It was such a novelty sleeping in a cave with a jacuzzi and private outside area. The breakfast was warm and hand delivered! The location is perfect for strolling into quaint Amboise.

Amboise is such a beautiful town, with an exceptional chateau. Our visit was made perfect by the welcome of Josseline, a most charming host, and the room was lovely, spacious and clean. The property and garden is delightful, and is well located in peaceful surroundings about a mile from the centre of town.

Our stay was lovely. I travelled with my Daughter, for her 21st birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly owners and shown around. Unfortunately my French is very basic and they didn't have much English so our communication was minimal! We used google translate and gestures and guessing! The room was beautiful as were the surroundings. We had a wonderful home cooked meal there, really delicious French cuisine and then breakfast the next day was equally lovely. They do not have a card machine so cash is needed to pay for any extras. I had to visit a nearby cash point. We had our own car which was best as this wonderful place is located about 10/15 mins away from any shops or town. It was very tranquil. Sadly we weren't there in time to use the pool, although it looked lovely and the weather wasn't great.

Really nice, the kids had a great time with the animals, the room was nice and calm, we had a great stay. The breakfast was also great and mostly home made (kudos for the bread, pastries and yogurts).

What an amazing place! Perfect to relax with family, very close to many castles in the area. The hosts welcomed us with a smile and even if I didn’t speak decent French they were very nice with us and helped us at communicating. We had dinner there and it was delicious, serve by their amazing daughter and in the morning they served us a rich breakfast full of French pastries and fresh fruit. Lovely! I really hope to go back soon!
