The rooms were warm and impeccably clean. We had a long drive down from Bristol airport and when we arrived, it was around 5:30 pm; that didn’t stop it from being nice and quiet though, and it was quiet during the entirety of our stay. We received a warm welcome from David (and Pumpkin!) and a welcome card from Pumpkin with various bits to nibble on - this was next to a variety of tea, coffee, sugar cubes, and different milks. While we were out they replenished the tea and coffee, replacing the used mugs with clean ones. Everything was neat and organised. There were ample power sockets in the room, and there was a little box of “things guests often forget”including toothpaste, band aids, etc., and the kitchen had everything needed for meals. Lastly, a quote (verbatim) from my wife: “they had the comfiest pillows we’ve ever slept on and when I’m on my death bed I want those pillows to be the last thing I feel - David, please tell me where you bought them from.”

We liked everything at the hotel; the service was very good, the rooms were nicely decorated, breakfast was good with several choices from a menu. The staff were good and service-minded. Especiaally Rebecca, the Manager. The hotel were good located ,easy to find and with free Parking outside. We stayed one extra night just because of the pleasant hotel.

First of all, the location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to the seaside, a 10-minute walk to Bournemouth Square, shopping and entertainment is very convenient. Everything! This hotel was lovely to me in almost every single aspect. Although the bathroom was shared the room had a sink and mirror so it was so useful for taking my time doing my skincare without the fear of other people wanting to use the bathroom! Breakfast, what a lovely breakfast as well, with a variety of cheese, marmalade and cereals to choose. Next to the breakfast room there's the garden door in which you can find a little pond with some koi fish. Carl, our host, was very nice too :) If I come back to Bournemouth I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. PS If you find a Polaroid picture in a drawner, is mine, accidentally left it there.
