Last time I stayed in Dagenham the hotel was okay but this is exceptional clean tidy modern great facilities a garden parking was no issue and the transaction in communication absolutely spot on which is important when you traveling you need quick response especially as I leave my booking to last minute, I appreciate the work that's gone into this property thank you for making it such a nice stay.

I would describe the room as zen. Very spacious with everything to make you feel at home. I especially loved the bathroom design with digital thermostat on the twin shower. The pictures don’t do it justice in my opinion. The atmosphere was of a calming feeling.

I loved the cleanliness of the little flatlet, and also smells very fresh, I saw a sign.of aerating the flat by opening the windows. The lodge is not far from Woolwich arsenal for trains to the Central London , South eastern rail and Thameslink that goes to London Pancras and DLR via East London to central London ,Royal arsenal for Elisabeth line and the ferry. The Lodge is in the perfect location. The owner was a very pleasant lady.It is the gem to be at,when one needs a stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the whole place was beautifully kept. The cleaning was frequent and thorough, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, with the metro nearby, making it easy to get around without much walking. An especially memorable moment was when I lost my headphones. The hotel owner helped me and found them, returning them to me. I truly appreciated their honesty and swift assistance. Overall, a wonderful stay with clean, nice rooms and superb service in a convenient location. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The Lady that showed us our room was exceptionally very pleasant, the rooms were clean and smelled nice, also comes with netflix so thats a win
