Facilities were very comfortable and clean. Angela our host was very friendly and accommodating. She made us feel very much at home. The location was fantastic. Breakfast was supplied at The Ivy Restaurant amd that was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable, beautiful room with all the amenities one could wish for, very clean, it was easy to retrieve the key with a code, great bed, coudl have stayed more nights if it had been necessary. Excellent location.

These compact rooms are in a newly converted stable block, and offer comfort and relaxation. The Blue Ball is only 6 minutes from Exeter Airport.

Beautiful place, good breakfast, great room. We even had balcony which was very nice to sit in and see the sunset.

The accommodation was great and very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast selection with tasty local ingredients for cooked breakfast. Staff and owner were all very friendly. Lovely, clean and tidy.
