The breakfast was fantastic and they had different options. The house was very nice and walking distance from the city centre. The owners were very nice and gave us good advice regarding places to visit and a map of the area.

The Basset Arms had only been open a month after refurbishment when we stayed. Our room was well appointed and beautifully decorated, the shower was the best in our so far 3 weeks of travelling, and dinner and breakfast were both freshly cooked and delicious. The staff were also brilliant - very friendly and attentive. 👌
