The location was perfect for where i was going My room was immaculate and each room has it’s own fridge which is brilliant I went with friends who stayed in another equally immaculate room and we found the communal kitchen with facilities to share takeaway together/chat after night out brilliant It’s a ten from Len 😃

I stayed at The Eagle in Gateshead for four nights and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were consistently helpful throughout my stay — nothing was ever too much trouble. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience incredibly comfortable. It’s clear the team takes real pride in maintaining high standards. Everything was well-organised, tidy, and fresh. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with genuinely helpful and friendly staff, I’d absolutely recommend The Eagle. I’d happily stay again!

All round good. Stayed for a festival did the job. Bath was great after 12 hours dancing.

We had the penthouse as Bentleys and it exceeded all expectations. The view of Newcastle from our room was breathtaking and considering the reasonable price we paid, we were ecstatic. The vibrant local community welcomed us with open arms, experiencing the best that Newcastle has to offer. I had the all you can eat breakfast and my friends had the continental option, and all I can say about it is… yum. After our stay, I now consider myself a geordie and would highly recommend.
