Charming rooms attractively decorated, very comfortable and spacious, excellent shower which was impressive as we were on the third floor. Attractive dining room and good breakfast. Real hospitality from the lovely owners who couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, quiet, easy 10 minute walk to the centre and free parking which is very rare in Harrogate.

    Great location within easy walking distance of town centre. Parking available. Lovely guest house. Cosily furnished room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Caroline and Nigel were very welcoming and friendly hosts. We will definitely stay here again if we need accommodation in Harrogate and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely guest house.

    The guest house is in a central location of Harrogate, but the bedroom at the back of the house was quiet. The hosts were most welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. There was fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as juice and a cooked breakfast and the coffee came in a cafetiere.
