Great location, close to the train station, shop, pub, but also not too far to go to Kendal and Windermere. Pauline and Bill were absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic hosts! Our room was quiet and clean and overlooking a serene little bit of forest. The room was a spacious suite which had a comfortable sofa separate to the bed. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The property is a great location by the river and an easy walk up into town. Free parking on the streets outside.
