It was clean. We had a shared bathroom, but it was clean. The owner was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. He dropped us off at the airport and back. He was helpful. We could always ask him anything.

The staff (young man) is friendly and can speak engish. The rooms are on upstairs and owner living downstairs. It has a balcony with a fantastic view. There are refrigerator, electrical kettle, AC in the room. They have laundry services starting from 15 lari. You can park your car in the street. The breakfast was 15 lari per person, we did not try. The toilet has water hose.

Totally enjoyable stay with wonderful hosts, very tasty huuuge breakfast, excellent value/money ratio, and good location for both short stays before/after flight and Kutaisi area exploration by car.

Very nice views from the room, I could see the city & Bagrati Cathedral from the windows and also see the river from small balcony. Well-equipped & very convenient location. There is a washing machine & dryer (shared). The host was very friendly, welcoming and showed me the way to the nearest money exchange & gave me tips on where to find good local food.

One of the best places we stayed during our trip to Georgia. Definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and definitely worth the price. Room was spacious and there was everything needed for cooking downstairs.

The best place to stay in Kutaisi! We will recommend to all our friends. Beautiful view of Kutaisi from the rooms with a lovely balcony and a rooftop terrace. An easy downhill walk to the center of town. Delicious breakfast. But most of all the family — Aniko,Shota and her children are so helpful and welcoming. They took care of us, helping us to find what we needed in Kutaisi, introducing us to their delicious homemade wine (all natural and very tasty). Green Flower has a starred review in the Rough Guide to Georgia and it is well deserved.

Our stay here has been incredible — it’s one of those places that stays in your heart, especially because of Malina. On the first day, she welcomed us with homemade wine, homemade vodka and some snacks, even though we arrived very late at night. She is always taking care of you, she’s such a sweet woman who makes you feel truly loved and part of something special. She really stays in your heart forever. When it was time to leave, we felt a bit sad — because she makes you feel like part of the family, and saying goodbye to her really touches your heart. She’s a genuinely adorable woman, and even if you don’t speak the same language, you can understand each other through gestures. If not, she’s always happy to use the Google Translator microphone to talk. She’s constantly making sure you feel comfortable and often brings you little snacks and drinks, while saying “chame, chame, chame” (which means “eat”) — the very first Georgian word we learned quickly thanks to her. Sometimes she would even join us with a glass of her homemade wine or vodka, which made the experience even warmer and more special. The place itself is beautiful: the garden is lovely, with hammocks, a swing, and cute decoration. The bed is incredibly comfortable — you sleep like a baby — and the dining area is very spacious, with a large sofa. The breakfast was also very generous and delicious, and everything was homemade. The location is a bit away from the center, but the marshrutka (mini bus) passes right in front of the hotel, and a Bolt taxi from there to the center is very affordable. Walking takes a little while, but it’s a pleasant walk too.This place and this woman have stolen our hearts. Thank you so much! We truly hope to come back and stay here again. 💛

Everything was more than expected. Breakfasts were delicious including Georgian specials. Hosts are very supportive and kind, they also know drivers who can take you on a trip. You can communicate in English there.
