Very king woman - owner, who is taking care about guesthouse. She and her son have this guest house. Guesthouse is very clean, I had very big room and got that money value is more then enough. She treated me with tea and some sweat staff, later I ordered lunch and OMG, for me alone she did such a full table of Georgian good. Everything was so tasty and natural, from her garden and farm: eggs. We had work event in nearly winery and in winery was booked all room, so for 1 night we was looking a place the to stay. Around winery wasn’t any guesthouse, so we toked this. Review was 7.5, so we afraid a little bit, but it’s really better - it schools be 9 at least. We will come back again if would be some with situation and need to stay somewhere.

This was by far the most beautiful accommodation we experienced in Georgia. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness, making us feel like part of the family. The stay was extremely cozy and inviting. Such a kind owner told the story of the guest house, how she built parts herself and her plans for the future. She shared homemade wine, offered help if needed, and gave us great hospitality during our stay. The room was warm, nice vintage decorations, and plenty of towels and blankets. I would recommend anyone coming to Talevi to stay here, the location is quiet with a beautiful view of the night sky with stars and morning sunrises.

Neli and Zaal are such warm and kind people, I was so happy to meet them and felt so comfortable staying at their house. The garden is very peaceful and the breakfast plenty and delicious! Opt for the room with the balcony - it has an amazing view!

What a stay at Guest House Top Floor. The owner and his family are super friendly, gave a lot of information and could answer all our questions. The house is really beautiful with a very architectural staircase, some quiet balconies and a garden. The breakfast was really good, fresh and tasty and they even paid attention to my gluten alllergy without any problem. It's good located in Telavi, close to the beautiful palace and in the neighbourhood are some good restaurants. Also easy accesible by foot for going to the bus station. We loved our stay, we felt super welcome and we can really recommend it !

We really liked the ancient style of the room. It was very clean. I appreciated the curtain and the barrier in the bathroom so that the water could not get out of the shower zone. This is a very quiet place in the heart of the town.
