Loved so much about this independent hotel.Heracles is such a wonderful owner who takes pride in his beautiful establishment. He greeted us with refreshments, fresh juice and cake! Our room was spotless, like every other aspect of the hotel. Brand new washroom, balcony with a great view, clean and quiet...what's not to love! Make sure to order the breakfast- eggs from his chickens, marmalade from fruit picked in his yard, fresh blood orange juice from his own trees...absolutely delicious! Can't say enough about this place!

Everything was really nice. The apartment had some extras like a little pharmacy, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, house shoes, shower gel and the list goes on and on. The apartment is really close to the hotspots in the old town, but not to close so it won‘t get to loud!

Everythink was on a high level, starting with the mister Nikos, who was always be there for any kind of help . Acommodation is really pleasant and comfortable, cleaning of the room is everyday, the bathroom is spacious, towels are changing daily, so in total we have a one very good expirience and probably coming back next year .

I had the best service of my life. Elefteria is great and she pay intention to everything. She was also our guide so she gived us all the information that we need without asking her. So when you come you don't have to think about anything. The breakfast is more than fair with homemade cooking. The room was very clean with all facilities that we need and it was cleaned every single day. The location is perfect and Spili is a nice authentic village with great restaurants and shops. The shops are cheaper than the big cities. You don't even pay for water. The water from the tab is drinkable and is the purest water I've ever drinked because is from source of Spili and you can also reach the Fontaine of Spili which is around 40meters from the hotel. We stood 11 nights and it was not in off we will come back for sure but this time longer...

Property has a very good location for those who are traveling with a car. Very big + is a parking options directly by the apartment and also that you can park your car in a shadow (what is golden by +30 degrees ). Very nice and friendly hosts , you really have a feeling that family is hosting you in their own house ! You can also ask for the recommendations for example which way is more safe to get to Preveli beach . They have a nice rooms with balconies and by a choice you can book with a sea view what makes your stay even more relaxed . Property is also very clean . All and all exceptional value for the price .

The food in the tavern was DELICIOUS! It is run by a family, from grandpa to grandson, and they are all more than kind. The view from the room was also great (sea & mountain). 10 min walk to Preveli Beach. The surrounding area was also great, especially the centuries old olive yards. Next to it is a small market where you can find all the necessary stuff. Small beach in front, but I would recommend to go either to Preveli or, if by car, to some other beaches nearby. Nice terrace as well. Again, the tavern and the hospitality of the owners are great! Also the location and again, the people.
