We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the comfy bed and fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen and local recommendations. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet close to the Ciampino train station, where you can easily catch a train to central Rome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Rome!

I stayed there for a night. It was one of the cleanest guest house I've ever been to - it was like a 5-star hotel service. Exceptional tidiness and a really comfy bed and pillows, I had a great sleep. The quality of the items (shower, coffee machine, hairdryer) and furniture in the room was great. The communication and instructions were easy. Easiest 5-star ever. The airport bus station to CIA and the train station to Rome are 10-15 minutes away by walk. The bus ride to the CIA is only 10min and the train to Rome takes 15 minutes. It's dead easy. P.S. A bit irrelevant, but I really loved the sliding door to the bathroom.

Absolutely gorgeous home-like place close to Ciampino Airport and easy to reach Rome Termini (a 15-min train and you are there). Special thanks to the owners for making this part of our Italian journey so incredibly cozy and remarkable, Andrea and Silvia are the best! Despite of our late arrival and agreement on self check-in, they met us and showed everything. The room is new and clean, has everything you might need, the bathroom is modern and very nice. You may use the shared kitchen where the owners serve some breakfast (coffee-tea, juice, yogurt, pancakes - croissants), if you would like to you could cook yourself, the kitchen is modern and has everything. The house also has a small beautiful garden with lemon and orange trees - a nice place to sit with a cup of coffee. We were lucky to be there when these trees were bloomed - fantastic scent. The owners thought about any tiny detail to make guests feel comfortable, they take really good care about the place. We stayed there for two nights but would love to stay more. Definitely recommended!
