The property was just completed so I the very first person to stay. it was exactly as described, super clean and even closer to the beach than I thought! The hosts seemed lovely and were helpful in renting me a surfboard from their place on the beach. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to the beach from travelling in-land.

Very nice new building with spacious clean room, very comfortable bed with wooden pillars and big moskitonet. I loved the setting in the middle of the jungle (very quite and relaxing), still the beach and the Yogaplace was just a few walking minutes away. Sheltered terrace inmidst a nice little and well maintained garden with orchids and other types of flowers. The owner and his family ( and dogs!) are super sweet and kind. Breakfast is okay, sometimes they make great pancakes.

Great location, close to the beach with ample space to hang out and relax. The hotel also had a pool table and great music throughout the day. The food was delicious, we especially recommend the Crispy Skin Barramundi! Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Definitely recommend Dots Bay House!

I originally booked for one night and ended up staying for seven! That’s how lovely my time at Mango Hiriketiya was. The room is spacious, the bed is comfy, and the ceiling fan is just right (I even felt cold some nights, which was perfect if you like sleeping with a sheet). The best part of the house is the family, super warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They greet you with a juice on arrival, serve a simple and delicious breakfast every morning, and sometimes offer a snack or tea in the afternoon. I was lucky to be there during Poya Day and they even invited me to join them for the local parade. The communication with them is also top! The room is upstairs with a private entrance, and there’s a kitchen available for basic cooking and a dining table. They helped me with my laundry as well. It’s located close to the main road and a short walk to the beach. I enjoy walking, so for me, the location was perfect.

The location was fantastic and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming - they made us some juice and gave us some fruits when we arrived. The room was very spacious and the fan kept us cool overnight.

Wow! What a hidden gem. 5 minutes walking to the nicest and most exclusive beach ever (Blue Beach), 10 minutes walk to Hiriketiya. The owner Osham and his family are sensational! The place is brand new, air con, good bed, good shower, private, wi-fi and as we stayed longer he even made an absolute stunning breakfast as a kind gesture in our second last day with his family!!! We loved and is our place to go In Hiriketiya for sure! Price wise is Super good and excellent compared to some other places at Hiriketiya centre which you surely would pay easily 30% more without the privacy and comfort we had. I would highly reccomend!

The rooms are very modern and comfortable. We had a issue with an electricity malfunction late in the evening. The went above and beyond to fix it and after one hour we had electricity again! Lovely staff If they would have had availability we would have stayed an extra night.

It was so nice! Calm and quiet and so close to the beach. I liked having access to a kitchen and fridge. The AC and WiFi are great. The bed was very comfortable, I had the best sleep ever. The hosts are very kind and I would for sure book again :)
