The Palácio do Visconde is a beautiful building, which has been very tastefully renovated to a modern standard, but respecting many of the original features. The artwork throughout the building captures iconic landmarks of Lisbon itself and is a standout feature in the dining area and on the staircase. The location of the building is in a narrow, quite steep, street, surprisingly busy with cars and a tram route, about 20 minutes walk from the main centre. Thick walls and double glazing meant it was well sound-proofed and tranquil in the interior. The lush, shady garden is a perfect place to relax after a hectic day of sightseeing. All the staff were so attentive and welcoming and there was free coffee permanently available, so coffee in the garden every afternoon was a must and made us feel we had chosen the perfect location for our stay. As Lisbon is an incredible city to visit, we couldn’t have been happier in our six-day visit. Thank you to everyone involved in making this a memorable stay. We highly recommend booking here.

Amazing! The staff are incredible, they prepared our room for 11am because we were coming to Lisbon earlier than the check in time and let us leave our bags after the check out, because we were leaving in the evening. The room was clean, had everything we needed and a balcony. Showers had the rainfall function which felt pretty luxurious. Breakfast was really nice and tasty with a bunch of options to choose from. Location was good and very close to both metro and bus stops.

This is a beautiful place in a perfect location, clean and comfortable. But the best thing is the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, every single one of them. Thank you for making our last 3 days in portugal the best days of the holiday.

I loved how friendly and welcoming Casa was because everyone at Casa was so sweet. Shout out to Magarida. She is so nice 🙂. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a cute view of the orange roofs of Principe Real until Alfama. The breakfast was a nice spread and a lot on offer was from the Shiadu farms. The location was so convenient and we loved the walks to evrryehere. I will choose Casa again.
