Everything was wonderful, and the hospitality was exceptional. Since my bus departure time was later, they kindly arranged a place for me to leave my luggage after check-out. This could be your first choice in Guarda.

Such an exceptional property and staff. The property is more like a spar than just a hotel. The place is so relaxing and interesting architecturally but also with tasteful bits and pieces everywhere you look. Set in mature quiet grounds which were great for walking our dog and getting away from motorway 'mode' before travelling onwards. The manageress, 'Patricia' (I think her name is) is very professional and a great host. Breakfast is oooh so good - I honestly did not want to leave.
