This is a hidden gem. Rooms are very clean with a large bathroom and the property also has a lovey rooftop terrace (where they serve a delicious breakfast). It is in a great location in the middle of town but a street back away from the noise.

Our host , Hasibe was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The Turkish tea and homemade fig and walnut cake was delicious.

This place is a little heaven... Right on the river, with a beautiful view of the tombs of the kings, you can ask the owner to call the taxi boat for you and they'll come and collect you too take you to the beach. The outdoor bar is lovely and my room was comfortable and had even a little hanger outside to hang wet clothes. I hope I'll come back here soon! Also the owner Levent is really nice and can help you with anything you need. The breakfast is a buffet and the staff is really attentive. 10 stars for me!

Lovely family run property, with the perfect location along the river, looking into the Lycian ruins, which are also beautifully lit up at night. Simple rooms with working AC. Simple yet delicious Turkish breakfast included. Our hosts also helped organise a water taxi to access Turtle beach. Great value for money.
