Her place is perfectly situated near Sevan Lake, making it an ideal spot if you're visiting the area. The view, with apple trees surrounding the house, is simply breathtaking. Rose went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants and even advising us on what to order, which was super helpful when the waitress tried to push something that wasn’t something local. Our stay was nothing short of perfect—she even baked us a delicious Armenian dish in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home.

There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."
