Went to Austria for MotoGP, turns out this hotel accommodates for bikers 🎉 staff were amazing and speak pretty good English, food was brilliant, the view from everywhere in the hotel was lovely. The best value for money I found travelling Europe! Would 100% stay again if I was in the area.

I had read some mixed reviews before booking, and while I chose it for its excellent location, I approached it with some reservations. The retro design of the place is indeed notable. I found myself pondering whether keeping the original hardwood furniture and bathroom tiles from the 80s could be seen as a form of sustainability. One highlight was the breakfast, which featured delicious fresh bakery items and perfectly boiled eggs—definitely a treat! Unfortunately, I had a mishap on the first day and broke my arm. After returning from the hospital in the evening, I was exhausted and hungry. I appreciated that my Wiener schnitzel was cut by the waiter immediately after it was served, and when I expressed a desire for something sweet, the staff kindly made Kaiserschmarnie for me, which was a lovely gesture.

Flexible, super friendly, welcoming staff - we arrived very late during the night but the check in was still possible. Because of this, we also slept in and missed the breakfast but they were so kind to prepare it again only for us. They also have a gluten free bread which was a real game changer for me ! The place is run by a nice and very helpful pensioner couple. I was with with my godchild, they even taught a table game and played with us, helped with other requests too. They speak both German and English.
