The guesthouse owners were so welcoming and the room was beautiful with plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and lovely views of the surrounding mountain woodlands. Breakfast on the terrace was simple and delicious. We really enjoyed the four-course dinner of traditional Rhodope cuisine at the guesthouse one night. The ambience and fresh air made it a special time for us. Highly recommended.

Great location - few minutes walk from town centre/main restaurants/shops etc. Its only a 10-15 minute drive to Pamporovo from Chepelare). Great host - Chris is amazing, really friendly, always happy to help, took me to Pamporovo ski resort every day first thing in the morning (he works there as a ski instructor - so you’re the first on the slopes. And as I was travelling alone, he kindly introduced me to other traveller friends to have good company. He made sure I had the best first time ski experience, I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Cosy room - really comfortable, had everything I needed, he provided me with a hairdryer when needed - and I loved the view across the town from the fourth floor, especially for sunset and sunrise. All of this for a great price! Really loved being up in the mountains in this peaceful friendly town. Definitely plan to stay again!

The villa had all the conveniences we needed for our stay. Easy check in. Very clean rooms, bathrooms, common spaces. There were even disposable slippers available, in addition to the regular toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped even though we did not need to cook. I appreciated that there was a moka maker in addition to the regular espresso machine. Parking spot was available. The whole villa was warm enough when we arrived, comfortable temperature throughout our whole stay. Wood was available for the fireplace. It's relatively close to the road which may be an issue if the windows are kept open, but the noise was not audible on closed windows (had mosquito nets too :)). Comfy big table and benches on the ground floor terrace, a small table and chairs for the small upstairs balcony. We got a villa with steep stairs leading down to the front door, going down needed a bit of care.

Het pension heeft familiekamers.... Newly build and very clean place, designed to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was a bit small, but still comfortable. The bed, the pillows and duvet were soft and gentle for the skin and ensured a good sleep The lady that accommodated us was very kind. She was waiting for our arrival no matter that we were late.

The whiz was not accurate in the location of the apartment, we arrived at the entrance of a factory and people outside during a coffee break. We asked them to talk to the owner about how to get to the apartment. (in Bulgarian) It also took them a while to figure out from the owner which road to climb up the mountain and get to the apartment. After they explained to us which road to climb, we arrived at an apartment that was about 300 meters away from the place where the whiz was aiming for. Good people in the middle of the road.

We felt truly at home in this super cozy place in the middle of the Rhodope mountains. With easy access to all the surrounding beauty, starting with a great view from the terrace. While we didn't meet the host, communication was swift and smooth. 100% recommended!
