The place was simple, cleaned and tidy. The reception was very nice with Lucas (we arrived a bit late but he was there) Raquel the employee of the Refúgio was very kind and friendly. Everything was great, the tour to meet the pink dolphin, the Indigenous community and the beach. I loved the experience of the jungle and the bathroom? Blow my mind! I loved it

La amabilidad y simpatía de Auri y Giovanni y todo el personal, incluidos sus perros y gato que me hicieron mucha compañía, me hicieron sentir "casi" como en casa. El desayuno es de diez, la habitación muy cómoda, todo muy limpio. Me ayudaron mucho en organizarme excursiones por el Río Negro, me dieron los mejores consejos de cómo moverme por la ciudad y muchas otras cosas. No tengo ninguna duda que volveré a Sao Gabriel y obviamente a la Pousada Bawary siempre que fuera posible. Me quedan unas cuantas cosas por hacer allí. Muchas gracias por todo.

Ponta Poranga Jungle Lodge está en Manaus, a 48 km de Palacio de Justicia, y dispone de servicio de conserjería, habitaciones hipoalergénicas, jardín, wifi gratis y restaurante. The hotel and its surroundings are fantastically beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable, if a little basic and the outdoor spaces around the rooms are great. There isn't really a restaurant per se, but there are a number of places around the property where you can have breakfast and dinner and the food is excellent. There is not a big selection of drinks, especially alcohol. If there are particular drinks you like, even beer or wine or any hard booze other than capirxhinas, you need to bring your own. But the juices provided were fresh and there is plentiful bottled water. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful - although other than our guide who the hotel found for us, hardly anyone speaks anything other than Portuguese. The hotel offers a number of tours and the ones that are in the vicinity of the hotel are fun and interesting and easy. (See below for the only problem regarding this.) Paddling around in a canoe through the surrounding watery passageways through the jungle was great and our guide, Daniel, was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we were seeing and hearing.

Absolutely awesome service and very comfortable rooms. Lovely location and delicious food made to order. The nearby small waterfalls were beautiful and a dip in the refreshing water after days adventures in surrounding areas was a perfect ending for an awesome visit. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with authentic regional cuisine. 100% recommend this place!
