I’ve done quite a bit of traveling with a large family but this place really tops it all. It has EVERYTHING for a nice comfortable stay : a kind responsive host, its spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, all newly renovated ensuite rooms, location is only 5 minutes from the main highway and the road leads to a beautiful mountain pass too. The kids had a great time waking up to a gorgeous view of a waterfall right across the house. Highly highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful time.

Located next to the Intschi-Arnisee Cable Car, the Gästehaus Schäfli offers en-suite rooms and Swiss dishes made from regional products. The restaurant has a garden terrace. A great leisure place to stay and excellent hospitality and it is close to the cable car station to explore the paradise on the top of the mountain there!

Parking rugby in front of the hôtel which was practicall. Ben was confortable and bathrooom was practicall as well.

The staffs were extremely kind. Left a bag at a train station and helped me find the bag. Also was about to miss a train but the staff helped me bringing my lugguage to the train station. Room was great and location is outstanding.

From check-in to check-out, I was well treated and welcomed. Both the staff, the gentleman who served us and the lady, are incredible. I would like to thank the lady who was wonderful with us. I would stay at this hotel 1,000 times over. If you are thinking about going to Andermatt and have nowhere to stay, stay at this hotel. It's not about luxury. It's about a clean, organized place where you'll be treated like a home. The breakfast is delicious.
