The room was clean and warm. Everyone at the guest house was incredibly friendly, especially the "Teacher" was well traveled and interesting to chat with. He was also knowledgeable about the Tiger Leaping Gorge and arranged a carpool to drop me off at the trail head, deliver my luggage to the end point, then bring me to Lijiang train station on day 2. I was also added to a WeChat group with the driver and the guesthouse staff, and since I don't speak Chinese, it was really helpful to have them jump in when I needed something.

By far the best hotel during our stay in Yunnan. Great position, nice and clean rooms, good homemade breakfast. The hosts both know english and are very communicative and helpful. We felt very welcome.

Mama Naxi was very helpful during my stay in organizing the bus and language transport to the Tiger Leaping Gorge. Here place in LiJiang is just a short walk away from the old town and has local restaurants for dinner along the street. The place was perfect and I can highly recommend it.
